Rishi Dhamala that India had never opposed the democratic Constitution of Nepal which was promulgated by people’s representatives and political parties through the Constitution Assembly.He said that India was for resolving the existing political standoff of Nepal through talks.Moreover, Singh welcomed the government’s decision to form a political mechanism to resolve the issue of demarcation of provincial boundaries. He expressedimed that Nepali Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli’s state visit to India has gained a new height in the subsisting relations between Nepal and India. Stating that PM Oli’s visit to India has removed the differences that surfaced between the two countries of late, the Indian leader said that the bilateral ties have strengthened further.Singh told journalist
