CPN (Maoist Centre) leader Top Bahadur Rayamajhi, Nepali Congress leader Chandra Bhandari, Rastriya Janamorcha spokesperson Durga Poudel among other leaders were scheduled to address the protest meet.The protest programmes organised by joint struggle committee includes, holding leaders-cadre meet at 11 am followed by province-level rally at 2pm.The protesters allowed vehicles to ply on the road in view of the arrival of the participants in the protest.
