FA and Madheshi Morcha have made demands concerning five districts  Jhapa, Morang, Sunsari, Kailali and Kanchanpur  he said, adding that the Bill has not addressed these concerns. Forum further pointed that amendment regarding the National Assembly is also incomplete. As things stand, Madheshis will never have a majority in the assembly, it claimed. Forum pointed that the Constitution has not guaranteed elevation of foreign women

The government-registered Constitution Amendment Bill cannot address national issues, the Forum stated, claiming that this will neither increase the acceptability of the Constitution nor will it be possible to implement the Charter. We will not support this Bill as the government has brought it despite agitating parties’ objection, the press release states, adding that their movement will continue.Yadav said in a press release that the government has made a mistake by not incorporating their issues in the Constitution Amendment Bill, referring to Madheshi Morcha and Federal Alliance’s demands. He pointed that their demands  creation of 10 provinces and redrawing of provincial boundaries  remain unaddressd.
